Vendor Selection Process:
Applications are open for independent vendors, not resellers. Once all applications are received, a committee will review them. The committee will judge the quality of a vendor’s application on the following:

Uniqueness of product.

Quality of product.
-
Product is handmade.
-
Quality of booth setup.
-
Product type (we strive to have variety, to help maximize vendor sales).
To Apply:

Apply using the application form below by September 30, 2026.

You will receive a confirmation email by October 1, 2026.

Pay your fee by October 31, 2026, 5PM EST.
Rules:

Your booth must remain open during the entirety of the show: Saturday and Sunday, 10am-4pm. Failure to meet this requirement could result in rejection of future applications.

All space fees are for both days of the show. If you only want one day, you are responsible for finding another vendor to share the space and costs with you. The alternate vendor must be pre-approved by the Event Manager.

If you are sharing space with any other vendors, they must be pre-approved by the Event Manager.

Vendor fees are 100% refundable if cancelled by October 1, 2026. After this date, you acknowledge that you will forfeit the space fee if you cancel.

Prices are subject to HST.

Used goods, third party reselling, and information tables are not accepted.

Food items require an APH Temporary Food Vendor permit that must be prominently displayed, and sent to SFF ahead of the event.

Homemade food and beverage will be permitted during the show for personal consumption ONLY.
