In this workshop, you will get guidance on screenwriting from the Writers Guild of Canada screenwriter, Rebecca Hales. Whether you’ve written a script and have questions about structure and re-writes or you are keen on starting your first script, you will benefit from Rebecca’s industry insight.

Voice Acting with Christian Potenza - 3pm

In this online workshop Christian Potenza (Total Drama, 6teen, Camp Lakebottom) will be sharing how to become a voice actor.

The Void directed by Steven Kostanski & Jeremy Gillespie - Cloaked, cult-like figures trap a police officer (Aaron Poole), patients and staffers inside a hospital that is a gateway to evil.

Scouting Talent with Coach John F. Stevens - 3pm

This is the perfect workshop for young actors/parents to young performers. In this workshop, you will gain motivation and helpful tips on how to navigate through your acting career from tips and tricks for your auditions to working on set and juggling it all. John, who has worked in entertainment for decades, choreographing for shows off-Broadway in NYC and working more recently in Toronto with big name recording artists like Ashanti and Wyclef Jean, John says “Working with young performers is not my job, it’s my passion.”

In this workshop you will hear from BIPOC female director and creator, Joy Haskell of her experience in this industry and how she is continuing to pave the path for Indigenous voices with her projects, including the tv series, Hey Cuzzin.

In this workshop, Daniel Lance, winner of best feature film at the 1st annual Sault Film Festival, will talk about wearing all the hats on an indie, lower budget film. Daniel has some great stories for you from his experience directing/writing and producing, 'Heroes of A Different Kind: Rise of the Dark Panther.'

Producing with 180 Sisterhood pt2 - 3pm

In this workshop, Rebeka Herron and Trish Rainone of 180 Sisterhood Productions (My Roommate’s an Escort, Pink Is In, A Christmas Letter) will discuss how to produce and gain funding, whether you’re making a web series, tv series, short film or feature film.
